The mission of the MSU Foundation is to unite with passionate supporters and donors of Missouri State University in pursuit of the university’s goals and priorities, and to create significant philanthropic resources for the university, its students, faculty, and staff, while serving as a responsible steward of those resources.
Handball program receives

$1 million donation

The Randolph Foundation for Higher Education, Inc. has made a $1 million donation to the Missouri State University Handball program in honor of the late founder and hall of fame coach Dr. Tommy Burnett.

Missouri State announces new president

On July 1, Dr. Richard “Biff” Williams will become the 12th president of Missouri State University.

The university’s Board of Governors announced the selection today (March 4, 2024).

“We’re confident Dr. Williams is the right person to lead MSU into the future,” said board Chair Lynn Parman. “He is very student focused. He also has proven success in strategic planning, community engagement, legislative advocacy and fundraising.
